Although it was Ranbir Kapoor on the cover of Hello magazine, it was Shilpa Shetty who unveiled the first look at the issue. No reasons were given as to why the hot new actor was missing, but ravishing Shilpa told us why she was there. “Ruchika (Editor, Hello) is a great friend of mine, so I’ve come to support her. Hello is celebrating their first anniversary today, so I’m here to extend my best wishes.”

No doubt Shilpa was happy to be there on this special occasion, but did she wish it was her on the cover instead of Ranbir? “I don’t think much about such things,” she says. “To me, work is of prime importance. But yes, God’s been very kind and even today I feel good when I read my name in print. And I like seeing I see myself on the cover of a magazine; it feels like an achievement!”
