Tanisha’s professional demise

Celebrity siblings have never had it too easy in Bollywood. Especially if you are the (less pretty) sister of a fine actress like Kajol; the expectations are sky high. So things were never cut out to be easy for Tanisha.

With a random clutch of South Indian hits here and there and absolutely nothing substantial in Bollywood, Tanisha emulates the role of the family loser with great ease and great aplomb.

She had big hopes with the Yash Raj flick ‘Neal ‘n‘ Nikki‘, but even with a lot of skin show and smooching (the butt ugly younger Chopra), the movie turned out to be one of Yash Raj‘s mistakes of epic proportions.

Her recent attempt at glory was Kumar Mangat‘s ‘One Two Three‘. Frankly, even if this film would have turned out to be a hit (which was never really a possibility), Tanisha with her minuscule role would never have been noticed. Now Ajay Devgan is planning another film for her with some sexy makeover. But it‘s very likely this is another one of his trials that will go down the drain!

The only movie which can boast as a major hit has been ‘Sarkar.‘ Although, even in this flick her role was nothing near substantial. In fact, if the editor would have been a little more precise, her role could have been an easy sacrifice for the greater good!

She is now hoping a lot from her next release, ‘Sarkar Raj‘. ‘Sarkar Raj‘ is based on another episode in the Nagre family.

And since RGV had the misfortune of casting Tanisha in the first one, he‘s stuck with her this time around too.

Tanisha was unavailable for comment. Maybe she knows as well that it‘s not out of choice, but rather the lack of it that got her the part.

As for Ramu, after all the disasters he‘s made, doesn‘t look like he‘s going to leave any stone unturned!

There is also a speculation that RGV wanted to keep Tanisha‘s role to the minimum and that‘s why her character is killed in the movie. Yes, you read that right! She‘s being offed. Just in case there‘s another episode in the future, RGV has made sure that‘s Tan-Tan‘s character is no more presence than a sad photo on a wall!
